WHAT IS ADRENALINE?

Adrenaline is a workout program built around small group, high intensity training sessions. Its main focus is on functional training - that is, working with the body movements we use in everyday life to improve speed, strength, power, balance, flexibility and agility. Functional training leads to better joint mobility and stability as well as decreasing the potential for injury during athletic endeavours.

WHO IS ADRENALINE FOR?

Adrenaline is targeted towards 18-45-year-olds who have the desire to exercise but lack the motivation. Their goals are often weight loss and to increase fitness. Our participants tell us after just a few sessions that they feel happier, healthier and are already seeing results.

Adrenaline is geared towards individual performance-based goals, allowing participants of all levels to push themselves to their limits.

HOW HARD IS IT?

This is ultimately defined by the individual and their ability to push themselves, which can take some getting used to for those that are not conditioned to interval or high intensity training. Some people avoid high-intensity exercise because of fear of injury or that it will be too hard. However Adrenaline’s high intensity training is safe, and has been developed to allow for an individual’s conditioning to be gradually built up, appropriately strengthening the joints to tolerate the stresses.

SO IT'S GROUP FITNESS RIGHT? WRONG!

Adrenaline is built on a coach-team session rather than the traditional class format lead by an instructor. The key distinctions here are session rather than class, and coach instead of instructor.

It's a subtle difference but a crucial one - a class implies instruction, whereas an Adrenaline session should be looked upon more like a Personal Training session, conducted in a small group format. The emphasis is more on coaching; motivating and drawing out the best performance in each participant, as opposed to just verbal and practical demonstration.

Adrenaline gives each team member an individual experience by motivating and challenging them. The Coach will know every person in the session, monitor their progress and drive them to success.

The Adrenaline program is consistently varied, to give you a complete body workout. So unlike a bar class, your training will not experience the plateau that comes with the same pre-choreographed workouts. 

FORMAT

Sessions are 45 minutes long, broken down into three 15 minute sections.

Teach It - Warm up and Demonstration.

Do It - Complete the exercise with perfect technique

Beat It - Complete the workout at high intensity without compromising form.
